Harold has over 34 years of financial experience with the last 20 constructing and managing portfolios for high net worth families. Harold has held senior positions at some of the most prestigious global asset management firms. He worked as a Director with UBS Warburg based out of New York. There he focused on sports and entertainment. While in Los Angeles, he worked as a Vice President at Bank Julius Baer based in Zurich, Switzerland. Harold also served as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for such organizations as Wells Fargo and U.S. Banks’ private client groups.
Harold earned a Certificate in Computational Finance in 2015 and his Masters in the same field of study from the University of Washington in 2017. He also holds a MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Kellie leads this effort where she is responsible for the daily administration of the client portfolios, correspondence and service needs of the firm’s clients. She also manages the operations of the portfolio management platform and custodial relationships.
Kellie has more than 18 years of experience administering private client portfolios with detail orientated, exemplary service. Prior to joining the firm, she was with First Western Trust in Denver where she managed the relationships of investment management clients including individuals and foundations. Prior to that, she was with Merrill Lynch in Chicago.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. She is actively involved in her daughter’s school and enjoys travel, cooking and hiking.

Kristi helps people focus on what they want to accomplish this year, next year, in five years and by retirement. Kristi has been helping people achieve financial security since 1996, working at Great-West Life and Fidelity Investments before starting Sullivan Financial Planning, LLC in 2007. Her regular speaking engagements include the City and County of Broomfield, Dynamic Solutions, Colorado Public Radio, and emcee of the Alliance Foundation annual fundraising luncheon.
Kristi Sullivan is a Certified Financial Planner™ designee. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Colorado State University. She is a member of Alliance of Professional Women, the Financial Planning Association, and the Women’s Estate Planning Council. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, wine with her book clubs, skiing, theater, and travelling.
Walter van Woudenberg
Walter is a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and investor. He was born in the Netherlands, raised in Australia, and has lived in South Africa and Canada, before moving to Colorado in 1988. In 1977, Walter started, owned and operated the Nilex Group (www.nilex.com) and various other businesses and investments since then. Walter transitioned out of the Nilex enterprise in 2013 and has directed his attention to new ventures and investments, including his family’s focus on social investing and philanthropy. Realizing the need for support and resources to continue the legacy the family has created, Walter joined Harold Pine in the formation of Chasefield Capital in 2014.
