Harold Pine

Managing Director

Harold started Chasefield Capital while collaborating with Walter van Woudenberg, a successful entrepreneur looking for a fully integrated solution for his family and asset management needs. Chasefield’s goal is to create a boutique firm serving a limited number of families with cutting edge investment solutions and comprehensive management of family affairs. The purpose is to provide the opportunity for a multi-generational platform.

Harold has over 34 years of financial experience with the last 20 constructing and managing portfolios for high net worth families. Harold has held senior positions at some of the most prestigious global asset management firms. He worked as a Director with UBS Warburg based out New York. There he focused on sports and entertainment. While in Los Angeles, he worked as a Vice President at Bank Julius Baer based in Zurich, Switzerland. Harold also served as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for such organizations as Wells Fargo and U.S. Banks’s private client groups. Harold earned a Certificate in Computational Finance in 2015 and is currently completing his Master’s in same field of study from the University of Washington. He also holds a MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Lynne Amerson

Senior Portfolio Manager

Lynne C. Amerson is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Chasefield Capital where she is responsible for researching and implementing portfolio strategies and managing client relationships. She has more than 12 years of experience working with private clients and growing their wealth through world class products, innovative solutions and outstanding service.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Amerson was with First Western Trust in Denver where she managed portfolios on behalf of clients including individuals, foundations and institutional. Previous to that, she was with Barclays Wealth in New York where she led the distribution effort of the long only investment platform with $8 billion in invested assets. She also has experience as an investment representative for Lehman Brothers catering to entrepreneurial families from around the world. Before moving to New York, Lynne was a Senior Portfolio Manager for US Bank in Denver, managing portfolios for foundations and families throughout the region.
Ms. Amerson holds a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Simon School, University of Rochester, New York and a Bachelors of Science in International Business from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island.

Kellie Beiers

Client Service and Operations Manager

Kellie G. Beiers, is the Client Service and Operations Manager at Chasefield Capital where she is responsible for the daily administration of the client portfolios, correspondence and service needs of the firm’s clients. She also manages the operations of the portfolio management platform and custodial relationships. Kellie has more than 18 years of experience administering private client portfolios with detailed orientated, exemplary service.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Beiers was with First Western Trust in Denver where she managed the relationships of investment management clients including individuals and foundations. Prior to that, she was with Merrill Lynch in Chicago.
Kellie has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.

Walter van Woudenberg

Walter is a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and investor. He was born in the Netherlands, raised in Australia, and has lived in South Africa and Canada, before moving to Colorado in 1988. In 1977, Walter started, owned and operated the Nilex Group (www.nilex.com) and various other businesses and investments since then. Walter transitioned out of the Nilex enterprise in 2013 and has directed his attention to new ventures and investments, including his family’s focus on social investing and philanthropy. Realizing the need for support and resources to continue the legacy the family has created, Walter joined Harold Pine in the formation of Chasefield Capital in 2014.
